How do the perks and hook-ups work?

Fill out your member profile with the neighborhoods and cuisines you love the most. Then, every month, you’ll receive perks via email for restaurants and/or tickets to socially-distant events.

When do the perks and hookups arrive?

Restaurant perks and hookups are sent at the beginning of each month and drive-in events are emailed throughout the month. Keep an eye on your inbox for hookups from [email protected]!

Do I get to pick the restaurants myself?

Do312 picks perks for you based on your profile preferences! You can claim, release or transfer hooks-ups to friends. Explore the city safely and discover groovy stuff to do in a changing world!

How do I use my perks?

Once you “claim” your perks, you get a second email with all the info you need. For example, use unique promo codes to redeem perks at restaurants or use digital tickets for entry to the drive in.

What about live concerts?

We are still waiting for Illinois to lift COVID-19 restrictions on indoor shows so everyone is safe. For now, enjoy tickets to drive-in concerts and virtual events that are socially-distant friendly!

What if I want to quit?

You won't. But, you may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] and expressing your desire to do so. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable. Once cancelled, your account will become inactive on your next billing date, but any upcoming offers which you have been sent will remain active. If you wish to rejoin, you may reactivate your account at any time by emailing [email protected] .
